Another year, another carnival! Here’s a little bit of Puerto Rican culture for all of you to enjoy from one of my favorite yearly events, El Carnaval del Plata in Dorado. Enjoy a glimpse of the parade through my eyes and hopefully get inspired to come check it out next year!
